Hydraulic Press Design and Manufacturing

When designing hydraulic presses, the design is made according to the characteristics of the work to be done. It is questioned whether the determined features comply with the criteria of the emerging design. Design criteria can be divided into two groups. The first of these is the mechanical design in which the general dimensions of the press are determined according to the technical specifications; the other is the hydraulic design and sizing depending on the working style of the press. By considering the mechanical design and hydraulic design criteria together, we design the hydraulic press that will work in the tonnage you want.

While hydraulic presses are being manufactured, cracking, breaking and plastic deformation may occur in the press body due to the design. In this case, the presses may become useless and the molds may deteriorate. In order to prevent this problem, we perform the technical calculations of the press with CAD and analysis programs before the production starts. In this way, we save material by reducing the thickness of the plates that make up the press body, and we make the press body produced in the most efficient way with optimum thickness.
